By placing an order through Lifetrea, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
2. Product and Service Descriptions
We strive to ensure accurate descriptions of products and services. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, prices, or other content available on Lifetrea are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If there is a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to either reconfirm or cancel your order.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment must be made in full before we process your order.
- Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways that comply with Indian regulations to process payments. However, Lifetrea is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from third-party payment processors.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
- Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase from Lifetrea. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order, in whole or in part, for any reason. An order confirmation will be sent to you once payment has been successfully processed.
- Cancellation by You: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us at lifetreahealthwellness@gmail.com. If the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Cancellation by Lifetrea: We reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Charges and Delivery Times: Shipping charges and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Lifetrea is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Lifetrea are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns: You may return products within 3 days of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at lifetreahealthwellness@gmail.com. Return shipping costs will be borne by you, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made by cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through bank transfer or as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verifying the defect or damage. The cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products will be borne by Lifetrea.
7. Warranty
- Product Warranty: All products sold on Lifetrea are provided with a 30 days warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.
- Service Warranty: Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless otherwise specified.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lifetrea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
10. Changes to Terms of Sale
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms of Sale.
